The e-ROSA project seeks to build a shared vision of a future sustainable e-infrastructure for research and education in agriculture in order to promote Open Science in this field and as such contribute to addressing related societal challenges. In order to achieve this goal, e-ROSA’s first objective is to bring together the relevant scientific communities and stakeholders and engage them in the process of coelaboration of an ambitious, practical roadmap that provides the basis for the design and implementation of such an e-infrastructure in the years to come.

In order to solve the quality and safety problem of fresh agricultural products, strengthened the government to the agricultural product market supervision dynamics, this article has constructed the Hebei Province agricultural product quality monitoring information management system. discusses the following six aspect problems: reducing regulatory costs, organizational process reengineering, technology diffusion, product quality and traceability, system operation and management, the platform's quality supervision achievements. Through utilizes the information management system into Hebei Province's agricultural product supply chain management, realizes the government supervision flow process, the informationization, and introduces the enterprise rating and the populace supervising mechanism, puts all the Hebei Province's agricultural product market's main body under the identical platform to carry on the management, reduces the cost of product quality and safety supervision, and realizes the agricultural product quality tracing through the network. This management information system developed is based on .NET Framework, using three-tier structures and modular design concepts, realizes the server side and the client side specific functions.
