The e-ROSA project seeks to build a shared vision of a future sustainable e-infrastructure for research and education in agriculture in order to promote Open Science in this field and as such contribute to addressing related societal challenges. In order to achieve this goal, e-ROSA’s first objective is to bring together the relevant scientific communities and stakeholders and engage them in the process of coelaboration of an ambitious, practical roadmap that provides the basis for the design and implementation of such an e-infrastructure in the years to come.

At the same time, the use of information technology (based on "Cloud computing "platform for collaborative risk management and based on the " Internet of Things "real-time risk management platform) makes this risk management can be achieved. The paper has a certain academic innovation based on previous professional theory and research results, such as expanding risk management scope of agriculture-related enterprises to integrated risk management of the whole industry chain, and establishing a new mathematical model. At the same time, the paper has introduced new information technologies such as "cloud computing", "Internet of Things" and other emerging information technologies into the whole industrial chain risk management.
