The e-ROSA project seeks to build a shared vision of a future sustainable e-infrastructure for research and education in agriculture in order to promote Open Science in this field and as such contribute to addressing related societal challenges. In order to achieve this goal, e-ROSA’s first objective is to bring together the relevant scientific communities and stakeholders and engage them in the process of coelaboration of an ambitious, practical roadmap that provides the basis for the design and implementation of such an e-infrastructure in the years to come.
This website highlights the results of a bibliometric analysis conducted at a global scale in order to identify key scientists and associated research performing organisations (e.g. public research institutes, universities, Research & Development departments of private companies) that work in the field of agricultural data sources and services. If you have any comment or feedback on the bibliometric study, please use the online form.

Enterprises decision-making effectiveness largely depends on their decision-makers' personal abilities. Due to the increasing uncertainty and complexity, a single decision-maker with bounded rationality often can't comprehensively consider the whole aspect of decision problem. To solve the complex decision problems, it is an increasing need for most enterprise decision-makers to evaluate every alternative collaboratively. Group decision-making is especially important for the real estate enterprise managers because their invested projects have to analyze the complex cause-effect relationship and then take productive actions based on the analysis. On-line group decision-making is a good solution for them to fulfill collaborative decision-making process with the help of convenient communication. Thus a new model of on-line knowledge based group decision-making is proposed to integrate different experts' knowledge by data fusion. Workflow technology is applied to process model design to control the executions of information communication. With the support of online group decision-making workflow system, enterprise managers and distributed experts can make decisions coordinately. In the end, the enterprise will be better-off by reducing the costs of information transfer and enhancing the efficiencies of decision-making.
