e-infrastructure Roadmap for Open Science in Agriculture

A bibliometric study

The e-ROSA project seeks to build a shared vision of a future sustainable e-infrastructure for research and education in agriculture in order to promote Open Science in this field and as such contribute to addressing related societal challenges. In order to achieve this goal, e-ROSA’s first objective is to bring together the relevant scientific communities and stakeholders and engage them in the process of coelaboration of an ambitious, practical roadmap that provides the basis for the design and implementation of such an e-infrastructure in the years to come.

This website highlights the results of a bibliometric analysis conducted at a global scale in order to identify key scientists and associated research performing organisations (e.g. public research institutes, universities, Research & Development departments of private companies) that work in the field of agricultural data sources and services. Title

Research on Spatial Analysis application for Cultivated Land Evaluation in Mountain Area

en
Abstract

Considering cultivated land as the most important agriculture land resource in Yunnan mountain area, select a typical mountain county area as a case demo in Yunnan province, combine GIS spatial analysis techniques processing with the mathematical evaluation models, establish a cultivated land evaluation system of affected factors in County mountain area, completed a case study on cultivated land comprehensive evaluation by use of GIS spatial data management and spatial analysis technique processing. The result show that: the application of the GIS spatial techniques achieved an overall integration of the qualitative analysis, positioning demonstration expressiong in the optimization form on cultivated land resource evaluation process in mountain areas, greatly enhanced the evaluation accuracy on its location and quantitative so that evaluation outcom be of the value of practicality. Cultivated land evaluation processing techniques and method based on spatial analysis in County mountain area in Yunnan Province is practical, efficient and scientific rationality. supported by the techniques and methods of above mention, the production can provide basis for evaluation grading and optimal spatial allocation of agricultural land in County mountain area in Yunnan Province, and it will efficiently promote scientific achiever on cultivated land resource management panttern change from quantitative management to integrated ecosystem management in mountain area.
