In order to achieve this goal, e-ROSA’s first objective is to bring together the relevant scientific communities and stakeholders and engage them in the process of coelaboration of an ambitious, practical roadmap that provides the basis for the design and implementation of such an e-infrastructure in the years to come.

Most supply chains are composed of independent agents with individual preferences. It is expected that no single agent has the power to optimize the supply chain. Supply chain management is now seen as a governing element in strategy and as an effective way of creating value for customers. Information technology has significantly reshaped supply chain behavior in the last two decades. Along with the rapid development of mobile communication, the application of mobile short message (SM) becomes more and more popular. This paper presents a scenario to realize information sharing in a supply chain based on SM technology. The approaches presented in the paper can help enterprises and customer make better interaction and information exchange in supply chains.
