The e-ROSA project seeks to build a shared vision of a future sustainable e-infrastructure for research and education in agriculture in order to promote Open Science in this field and as such contribute to addressing related societal challenges. In order to achieve this goal, e-ROSA’s first objective is to bring together the relevant scientific communities and stakeholders and engage them in the process of coelaboration of an ambitious, practical roadmap that provides the basis for the design and implementation of such an e-infrastructure in the years to come.

Evaluation of Agricultural Land Datum Price and District Price for Requisition in Luoding City of Guangdong Province Based on Agricultural Land Evaluation Information System
In this paper, we review the land evaluation in western countries and the development of agricultural land appraisal, as well as the research on datum land price in China. We study methodology of evaluation on district price for requisition specially. As a case study, district price for requisition in Luoding city of Guangdong Province has been accomplished The results show that the proposed methodology is practical and satisfactory, system of land datum price and district price for requisition reflects the economic level of each district The achievement of this research has been applied in land resource administration in Luoding city. We develop agricultural land evaluation information system to give a platform for dynamic valuation on agricultural land We discuss the prospects of applications based on our achievements as well.
