The e-ROSA project seeks to build a shared vision of a future sustainable e-infrastructure for research and education in agriculture in order to promote Open Science in this field and as such contribute to addressing related societal challenges. In order to achieve this goal, e-ROSA’s first objective is to bring together the relevant scientific communities and stakeholders and engage them in the process of coelaboration of an ambitious, practical roadmap that provides the basis for the design and implementation of such an e-infrastructure in the years to come.

Situation Analysis and Countermeasure Study on Rural Vocational Education and Training for Modern Farmers' Cultivation Based on Information Technology
Farmer is an essential part of modern agriculture development and new countryside construct. The rural vocational education and training plays an important role in cultivating farmers' capabilities such as "knowledge, technology and management skill". Based on the investigation on the farmers engaged in agricultural production in rural areas in Ningbo, this paper makes a situational analysis on rural vocational education and training for modern peasants, and finally relative countermeasures are suggested to further develop rural vocational education and training, that is, the vocational education in rural areas should be positioned to meet the real demands of modern farmers.
