e-infrastructure Roadmap for Open Science in Agriculture

A bibliometric study

The e-ROSA project seeks to build a shared vision of a future sustainable e-infrastructure for research and education in agriculture in order to promote Open Science in this field and as such contribute to addressing related societal challenges. In order to achieve this goal, e-ROSA’s first objective is to bring together the relevant scientific communities and stakeholders and engage them in the process of coelaboration of an ambitious, practical roadmap that provides the basis for the design and implementation of such an e-infrastructure in the years to come.

This website highlights the results of a bibliometric analysis conducted at a global scale in order to identify key scientists and associated research performing organisations (e.g. public research institutes, universities, Research & Development departments of private companies) that work in the field of agricultural data sources and services. Title

Milking Controller Design Based on Infrared Communication

en
Abstract

The automation of dairy farms attaches great importance in developed countries. They implement many preferential policies, technical and economic measures to prompt new automatic equipments, so as to reach a new stage of dairy farm development. Intelligent automatic milking controller has been applied widely and maturely in foreign countries whereas it falls behind relatively in our country. Along with the development of the information technology, it will be an irresistible trend of dairy farms to realize the digital management. The controller which is the core equipment of automatic dairy farm is studied in this paper. The controller uses the AVR microcomputer as its core and the software programming uses the C+ + language. This controller can also realize the infrared data communication with the higher computer. With the characteristics stood above, the controller can be applied to the existing milking machines of the dairy farm and it has a wide application prospect.
